Cancellation policy for customised goods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Items such as Epic TUBE covers are only customised on request. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right of cancellation does not apply in this case.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can no longer release you from the contract once production has started.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Defects in the goods are of course not subject to the right of cancellation, you retain your right to a defect-free, functioning product. You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. e-mail to: info@epictube.eu). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right of cancellation is excluded for the following contracts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. customised products)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consequences of cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
